Was Babe Ruth’s 1919 Tampa home-run really 587 feet?
Was it actually amazing for Secretariat to make it look this easy?
Did Cassius Clay’s poem bear witness to the truth?
I mean, do any of ‘em have anything on Joe Biden, who illegally censored more Americans more times than all other Presidents combined?
The numbers don’t lie, as this podcast from Aaron Kheriaty, one of the plaintiffs in the important Missouri v. Biden case indicates, at 17:30-18:30:
I think the government’s defense is falling apart at this stage. And we’re seeing obvious violations of the Constitution And…if what we allege is true…if the court sides in our favor on this case, and I think they will, this will be the most egregious violation of First Amendment rights in American history, just in terms of the sheer number of instances that constituted constitutional violations. …before the digital age, First Amendment cases were, you know, someone suing one book publisher for one or two censorship violations at the behest of the government. Here, we’re talking about millions of instances, of hundreds of thousands of Americans, in terms of their posts being taking down, their videos being censored. [emph. added]
I listened to the Kheriaty-section of this, first thirty minutes, and it was quite worthwhile. He gives you the basics on Missouri v. Biden and the depositions it has triggered.
The Biden administration’s censorship rampage using the social media giants is one of those things that would be the scandal of the century in normal American times, but which now, only a third of the people have even heard about, and half of those haven’t heard about it with any accuracy. So keep tabs on this particular case, and on Kheriaty’s important work.
People having their voices taken away is egregious enough in its own right, but add on top of that doctors being robbed of their right to practice medicine if they speak out against the narrative, and others’ livelihoods as well.
I suuuure do hope their will be some accountability for those who did this. For now I’m glad at least the truth is gushing out.
